IB Rank 5 Rewards

I keep hearing how IB Rank 5 rewards a 310 ghost plus loot that should be 310 plus. All I got on two toons this IB weekend was two 310 ghosts. Nothing else. I went to orbit. Nothing. Relogged after this. Nothing. Where is my loot? Anyone else have this happen?
