Winterborn Mark bugged?
This is the only Emblem listed as being sold by Eva Levante that I don't have.
I've never seen it on rotation.
Is it bugged?
Is there a different unlock criterion?
Is the Little Light Emblem messing it up? (I notice that Little Light takes a Shader slot on her rotation instead)
Is there a Code to unlock it?
