Bungie probably could but I really doubt they would. Any gaming forum is going to have some negativity. That is how the developers get ideas or fix complaints, issues or problems. Main thing to remember is that Bungie has many departments where each has their own little part of the game to work on. So it's not one little group responsible for the entire game. Besides if Bungie didn't want criticism then they can shut down the forums.
