Hard mode chests not giving anything???
Hi guys, I tried hard mode for the first time last night and up to and including totems I didn't get anything (I had already done normal)
We stopped there but can I assume you only get loot from boss's once you have done normal?
Cheers for any answers
Edit: Meant to say that nobody in the team received anything at all

I've seen hard mode weapons and ghosts drop from this although usually only one or two people get something. King's Fall Hard Mode has the following changes: King's Fall Hard Mode rewards will drop up to 320 Light Oryx in Hard Mode will guarantee a Raid item drop each week, without requiring Moldering Shards Oryx in Normal mode will still require Moldering Shards Moldering Shards can drop in King's Fall Hard Mode, but only if a character hasn't cleared King's Fall Normal for the week

1 ReplyThe only guaranteed loot on hard is from Oryx. You can literally get nothing the whole raid until then.

3 RepliesI killed oryx on hard mode after doing it on normal, I didn't use moldering shards the first time but had 25 of them equipped for hm. Not only it didn't take my shards upon completion of a Hard Mode but it didn't give me the 2 new shards that normally come with each chest. I only got a low light crappy set of gauntlets on hm and useless light hand cannon on nm. Wonder if this is an error coz the raid is a waste of time otherwise.

2 RepliesIf you've done normal You won't receive shards... Other than that the rest is rng I ran a raid all the way to oryx and didn't receive a single thing other than shards... Until I beat oryx and got an exotic, that I won't use.

2 RepliesEach chest offers its own RNG. You either get something or you don't. If you do Hard Mode without doing Normal beforehand, then the RNG rolls both the Normal and Hard rewards at each chest. So it's better to just run Hard, because then you only run the raid one time and get your Normal loot rolls and your Hard loot rolls at once.

4 RepliesIt's rng, your not guaranteed any drops from any chests, I've done hard and only got drops from Oryx none of the others
