I went 64-0 as Boba Fett, and I loved it
-
Rented it yesterday, it's underwhelming. Only thing I can say that I enjoyed was the fighter squadron mode, it just felt like a Battlefield game with a Star Wars skin. I would probably consider buying at $40 or less, ideally less, since I have a feeling it would get old pretty quickly.
-
I like it more than I thought it would. I tried it on EA Access and liked it enough after 10 hours to buy it. Not disappointed.

Spill the bean's, how much did E.A. pay you to make this thread?
-
I really really like it, and I'm a full supporter of the game, but it is lacking content
-
I'll get it when it drops in price.
-
Love the game but who else thinks rebels are OP in squadron fighter and hero vs villains
-
no campaign
-
Love it soo much. Almost level 50. And for the people crying about content the battle of jakku drops soon along with another FREE dlc soon after! Dice knows they dont have enough and are making it up to us
-
return it while you can

Edited by Dirty Synth 001: 11/28/2015 11:12:52 PMToo bad it's nothing like the originals in terms of gameplay, modes, enemies, ships, heroes, campaign, guns, classes...so like 1/5th of the originals but with a $60 price tag. I understand it's enjoyable to casual gamers and people who absolutely live and breath star wars but for the other people who expect more from an online only fps with no campaign it's obvious this was just a cash in with the star wars name attached to it. Hopefully once all the DLC's come out by the end of next year it'll be worth it's value.

Haven't had much time to play it because of Fallout. General consensus seems to be there is a lack of content. The game looks unbelievable though. Visuals and audio designs are some of the best I have ever seen/heard in a game.
-
Boring as fuzz. Not enough content.
-
It is a bad game that panders to casuals way to much, there isnt much challenge in going onto a game like this. Gets extremely boring extremely fast. All in all a great disappointment, good thing i didnt buy it and used my ea access trial
-
I love it. I'm even more excited to see what free maps and characters they'll provide later
-
Awesome game, glade it's going to be getting free dlc every now and then. Worth it.

Edited by STAR-L7RD: 11/28/2015 6:33:09 AMHeres how i like to sum it up: It lacks in content, but the content it has is as close to perfect as it can get. 9/10 (since nothing is perfect), would buy 501 times again.
-
MY thoughts? It's shit. It's a bad game.
I decided to get battlefront to relive my childhood of when I played it on the ps2.
This doesn't make sense. This Battlefront has very little in common with the real Battlefronts.
-
Too much explosive spam, but a really fun game. The dl44 is also ridiculous
-
Best stars wars game to date
-
It doesn't even come close to the old ones though, I still have both and play them and I have to say they have made my childhood. But this reboot is more like a Battlefield reskin. I would have been satisfied if they just took the old game and improved it with better graphics and more maps, factions, etc. What do you think?

Greatly enjoyed it.
-
It's awesome, definitely worth it!

Edited by Bluefoxx3: 11/28/2015 6:44:16 AMIt had a surprisingly smooth launch, EA did their homework on making sure Battlefront had the atmosphere Star Wars is known for. The maps ( Endor especially ) are incredibly detailed even if one is mostly covered in snow and their skyboxes aren't empty, it's full of life with distant dog fights and Star Destroyers and Rebel Cruisers on opposite sides firing at eachother and the sound is perfect, they even got the sound the ground shields make when they get shot at perfect. The weapons feel meaty and the Thermal Imploders sounds awesome. The game is gorgeous on all platforms. EA did say they will release some free DLC on top of Jakku, so we will see where it will go from here. For now though, Battlefront II offered more than what the reboot has offered + the $50 Season Pass content will offer combined. Probably the next 4 DLCs will offer the same amount of Heroes in total as Battlefront II offered on release. Battlefront would be alot more popular if it also offered the Clone Wars as well. I do hope Battlefront can go places, I'll keep it for now but I'm not going to buy the Season Pass, it's way too expensive.
