Bungie's Halo was the best. They had the best and funniest Easter eggs, awesome game play and the best story. Now I know that Bungie created Requiem as shown in Halo 3 but I bet that they would have done it with more passion. The characters would be funny and I would care if someone died. I cared when Johnson died and I cared when Miranda died. If Palmer died, I wouldn't give a damn because she is so catty and annoying. If Lasky died, I would be glad because he's just there to be a good guy. Master Chief isn't badass anymore and he talks waaay too much in Halo 4 and 5. Also, I wouldn't give a damn if the Infinity blew up and killed everyone because I hate them all. Locke sucks and is just boring, we play as him way too much in Halo 5 and his squad, including Buck sucks. Buck really shouldn't even be a Spartan. He's THE ODST. Just like how the Arbiter is THE ELITE and Master Chief is THE SPARTAN. Buck isn't even that likable in Halo 5. We also are getting our late content, no forge! How come BUNGIE can give us our forge on RELEASE DATE but 343 can't even give us a big team battle game mode! And what's up with all these quick time events? Halo was never about quick time events! Why is Chief's armor so ugly? Cortana couldn't have done any updates because there is still that BIG ASS DENT there when he comes out of cryo in Halo 4! Why are there MA5D assault rifle when I'm pretty sure that all marines were given MA5C assault rifles! How come he is not DEAD when he crashes on requiem? He falls from outside orbit, with tons of metal on top! He should be dead! Why is Master Chief being treated like some bad guy when he SAVED ALL OF HUMANITY from destruction. He should be able to do as he wishes. Why does Halsey look like some old bag when she is YOUNGER THAN JOHNSON! In Halo: Reach, which takes place in 2552, she looks like she could be in her mid to late 30s which is understandable because Halo takes place 500 years in the future so of course humans would live longer with all the medical advances. Within 5 years she starts to look like some fragile old woman who is about to die within a month! How is Master Chief considered an aging spartan when he is only technically only 30 something from cryo sleep and from all the medical advances and augmentations, possibly in his 20s? He's the same man that fought in the human-covenant war! Why are they getting so many things wrong, they were studying Halo since 2008! It shouldn't take weeks to give us file share, it shouldn't take weeks to give us forge mode and it should be obvious that FLOOD SHOULD BE SEPARATE FROM INFECTION! The flood mode was cool in Halo 4, but we couldn't change the weapons so it was basically ruined. Halo 4 sucked so much that modders had to do what 343 couldn't do. 343 knew their game was crap and they thought that mods would keep their player base around. Bungie never needed mods to have a quality game. Custom games is also crap, no Armor Abilities. Instead we have some stupid ass "ground pound" and a ram. They're giving us the ground pound from COD: AW with a target and "smart scope" I don't care what anyone says, "smart scope" is just a holographic ADS. They're trying to give me that "It's completely different crap, but I'm not stupid. Spartans and regular soldiers use their helmets and eyepieces to zoom in through the camera placed on the gun. When they squint, the weapons zoom in and they are able to shoot with extreme precision. The neural implants and eyepieces allow them to have extremely accurate reticles. It's the 26th century, where we have cities in space and giant ass spaceships yet, old ass methods of aiming down the sights on a gun are still used. 343 is putting all this effort into making Halo into another modern FPS, yet they can't even add some funny lines for the IWHBD skull. They are trying to scam us halo fans! The only reason Halo 4 sold so well was because of all the hype! The mountain dew, the ads in movie theaters and because of that live action series. I believe they spent more money than they actually made! People were waiting to see what would come next in Master Cheif and Cortana's adventure, but we just got Chief talking too much and Cortana whining and crying. No funny lines, no badass lines, no badass moments. Just wandering around pressing buttons and killing Prometheans. The Prometheans suck anyway, their weapons are terrible, all we got from them was a colorful shotgun, a colorful plasma pisol shotgun, a colorful SMG, a colorful DMR, a colorful rocket launcher and a colorful sniper. They also removed the hornet and the falcon, two great vehicles that, with a little teamwork were able to destroy the other team. They were powerful, but not too powerful. Now we have the mantis, an overpowered piece of crap that is just a walking tank. You cannot board it from the front and instead you have to board it from the back, which is extremely difficult considering the fact that it comes with a STOMP, a TURRET and ROCKETS! It is extremely versatile and since 343 doesn't want to encourage TEAMWORK anymore, it is almost indestructible. Now they are removing all the Armor Abilites in Halo 5 because they are "listening to fans" but to me it sounds like they are too lazy. Nobody asked for sprint, ADS or ground pound. Nobody asked to pay for new armor! 343 only cares about making money. I know the point of making games is to make money but Bungie cared about the fans. Nobody wanted COD, people want Bungie's Halo. I hope that sometime in the future, Bungie will stop working with dumbass activision and get all the old employees back. Halo sucks now and it will always suck.
