Our normal mode strategies worked really well for hard mode, we beat oryx on the first day, so I thought I'd share, and if anyone is struggling on a certain part, hopefully a fresh strat will help. [b]General tips[/b] Don't die Tether, WoL, etc, obviously. Blessing of light+Touch of Malice=Easy DPS Only use black spindle if you can typically get 3 crits at least once. Only use Malice if you are comfortable in the raid. Don't underestimate cocoon, reloading = 0 DPS. Up to Warpriest is basically the same as normal, a couple of major knights on the Spires section. [b]Warpriest[/b] [i]Gains an ability per totem.[/i] Prioritize survival over max time with the buff, shoot at 3 seconds if you're dying alot. Right totem first, then middle, then middle again if necessary. If he isn't down by then, you have major DPS problems. Gazers both stay on the left, getting agro from the boxes or the bridge. One person is 100% ads. 3 ppl DPS and occasionally kill ads. Ask 'who has the bomb?' to avoid random 'oops' moments. Still plenty of time for killing in 1 shot each, just save tethers etc for second one. [b]Oryx[/b] [i]Knights spawn opposite each orge to eat bomb[/i] Lowest light should run relic, usually with sword. Ogres still take priority, then the Knights, but don't die for it. Use your abilities to stay alive or kill Knights. Dps Ogres from sister platforms. 4th Ogre can be trouble, give extra love. Ogre dps should kill any leftover knights before jumping down.
