Calcified fragment
I was @ 43 on my character. Got the last 2 I needed from the court of oryx. Popped up on the side, but still @ 43. My tracker has 45. I now I was @ 43 before hand because I was looking @ it for 3 days waiting for the antiquated rune to change. There is a glitch

Hi, So calcified fragments are character specific while grimoire and tracking websites track your entire account (all your characters). The in game Dreadnaught director menu shows how many fragments that specific character has found. In order to complete quest specific quantity requirements, all Fragments must be found on that specific character. Calcified Fragments found on other characters will not count towards the individual quest. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13630
