Petition for year 2 moments of triumph
Petition to make the year 2 moments of triumph only able to be completed if you completed the year 1 moments of triumph.
I think it'd be cool if they did that, that way by year 10 only the people that have been here since year 1 would be able to acquire the emblem. That would be a truly elite emblem.
