You complete a quest a collect parts for Cayde and Banshee to build a Exo animal that's indestructible in PvE and can be destroyed in PvP. You would receive Legendary Marks, experience, Vanguard Rep, and either a subclass specific gear or weapons: legendary or exotic. Titans would get a bear or some type of predator feline, Warlock would get a predator bird, and Hunter would get a wolf. Commanding an attack would be like the sword: they would use energy that can be collected as purple ammo. As for what subclass they would be they would either correspond with your subclass or like choosing a sword you would choose their subclass. Titans and Hunters animal would jog along side or when running would follow close behind, as for Warlock's bird they would sit on his/her shoulder or fly behind you. The animals color would primarily be silver with an accent color of their subclass. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Ok I just read the title and I honestly thought you meant like just having your Titan running around throwing fluffy bunnies as a heavy or a hunter swinging a snake in circles. Lmao.

Using the Exo animal: Commanding an attack would obviously bind to R1, your character would point at a target and lock on, then the animal would jet off and use a "Super" like attack: Solar would be a heavy attacking motion causing lingering burn damage, Void would be a normal attacking motion and the attack causes a "soul rip" that drains the life (like void Warlock melee), and Arc would be a very fast attack and like Solar would leave lingering Arc damage. All animal subclass would cause the same amount of damage, they just have a different ways of attacking and different percs. Thoughts?

Heavy? How about as a companion instead. It can be part of the "advanced combat" dlc.

I would seriously enjoy having a wolf for my hunter
