1 ReplyYou have to get to rank 3 in queens wrath to get it. So I would just do some bounties from her every day that's the quickest way to rank up.

Same issue I'm level 7 queen so that is not the issue as well today is arm day and I checked still nothing. Hidden objective possibly?
