She wouldn't allow him to see her puppies so he shot her dead. I might be reading it wrong but he is being charged as an adult and for first degree murder. He used his dad's shotgun.
So what is to blame here this time?

That Americans have far too easy access to guns...I live in Canada you you never hear of shit like this happening, it's only the states that have stupid shit like this...

Edited by SpeirlingFearg: 10/9/2015 7:46:26 PMComputer games. He's clearly been playing Call of Duty for the last 12 years. It's time the government stepped in and banned violent games. Edit: apparently irony is not well appreciated online. Putting two jokes in one post didn't help. My bad.

PROBLEMS In no particular order - this kid has access to a gun - parents have obviously fcked up raising this kid, even though kids are malicious little beasts, most have the sense not to use a weapon against someone - prior to firing buckshot, kid likely has no clear idea what guns are like in real life, his awareness rating on madden would be, like, 8. TO FIX PROBLEMS LIKE THESE - teach parents who recreationally or defensively use guns to make sure the kid has a fcking clue. Take him out to a firing range, let him pop off a few 9mm into a pile of dirt, I guarantee three things will happen 1. Kid is going to be terrified of guns 2. Kid will respect guns 3. Kid will have had a good Saturday morning with dad and it will have been a fun memory. ((((Either way, this kid is going to be better off with exposure to guns, they exist, and only using them in video games skews the understanding of weapons in a very negative direction. For example, shooting an 8 year old because of some puppy bullshit because you don't realize these things are actually incredibly terrifying.))))

Maybe if bungie would've just gotten rid of shot package earlier then this wouldn't have happened.
I'm sorry
Only in America. This would've had a lot lower chance to happen if the gun laws were stricter, take Australia for example.

Edited by MWlacrosse1: 10/27/2015 3:02:45 AMDid he blink then shoot? Or just catch him around a corner?
I know, I'm terrible
that;s why they're removing shot package

We'll all come to an end someday....when is our only question. I'm kind of glad that he used a shotgun because if I have a feeling if he didn't find the shotgun he would have used a knife and she would have died a long painful death instead of instantaneously

GG America I wonder how much longer it takes them to get rid of this stupid law
