Yes I do know how the fragments work before anything is mentioned. My specific issue is on various sites including this one. It shows I am missing fragment IX but when I go check for it in the location it is not there. I my self have tried various things to see if it would pop up, but it does not. If anyone else has any information or a destiny mod can take a look please do.
