What is the point of the Court of Oryx?
I would see a reason to do it if it gave gear or something, but just killing yellows for no return seems pointless.

I ran it 6 times and helped others with their tier 1 runes. I needed a ton of blue weapons of 255+ gear score and two legendary engrams. Others used their tier 2 runes. One person received a tier 3 rune. Tier 3 requires a gear score of 300. At 256 I could not harm the hive.

1 ReplyIt's RNG the gear can drop! Also you get higher lever rates you can you to infuse your gear up to higher levels

1 ReplyIf your only doing Tier 1, there is little point (other than to charge up a Tier 2 Rune). However Tier 2 and 3 give out better stuff. The first time you complete a Tier 2 Court you get a Calcified Fragment...I have no idea if you get one out of Tier 3 (mainly because I've seen a drop off on the number of people doing the Court).
