is Taken King worth the price of a new game?
i can pay £75 and get LE Destiny with 3 quarters of the stuff i already own and get some new shader or £40 for stand alone taken king!!! i,m not sure if i,m willing to comit to £40-75 every year for 10 years plus the price of add ons each year, as Neverwinter is releasing 4 expansions FOR FREE on the 8th september it makes you think WTF, maybe i will hold off before i get taken king, but i will get it EVENTUALLY.

1 ReplyDragonborn dlc: $15, new area, new quests, new gear, new spells, new shouts, new enemies, new dungeons, new story. Almost entirely new by the way, very little in recycled content. Borderlands 2 Season Pass: $20 (2 dlc's I believe it was, each with), new area, new story, new boss, new guns, new quests, helluva lot of personality. Mass Effect 3 multiplayer maps and class's: FREE There are much better dlc's out there with better value and more content than TTK. If you do get it, buy it cheap. The above dlc's are a fraction of the price of a game, and offer more than TTK.

If you played more than a few hours you obviously enjoyed at least parts of it. It's more than likely you're going to still enjoy it, and you'll still get plenty of hours of playtime if you did choose to get TTK. Best of luck with your decision
