Grifball in Destiny (repost)
What is better than 4 vs 4 bomb planting (a little like rift but then with 2 goals and melee weapons)
Grifball is a simple game, akin to modern-day rugby. Two teams of three-four players square off in a simple arena in which each team has a goal. The object is to take the ball in the middle of the court and put it in the other team’s goal (GrifBall is a gamemode seen in HALO and it is awesome)
all players in both teams use melee weapons like swords! :D No supers, grenades etc.

2 RepliesI love some griffball, but I doubt they want to copycat Halo plus in Halo you use melee weapons during griffball which we don't have right now.

We would need a flat arena but even current Bungie's map designers can figure out how to make a rectangle.

3 RepliesI think this is a great idea. Anyone that says the mechanics are wrong... Just pure ignorance. Don't forget who created griffball (bungie) However, I believe 343 or whoever has the rights to halo, now has the rights to griffball. Seeing as there are going to be swords in ttk, it would not be out of the question to add a "forge" similar mode, and just use the swords, and the ghost as a ball. Great idea, been thinking the same thing since day 1.
