Is it worth it? max grimoire question
I was thinking about trying to max out my grimoire, But some things are just really boring. so gonna leave it up to you guys for decision. Everything I need for max grimoire will be posts down below
-I need roughly 400 psion kills
-I need roughly 120 centurion kills
-I need about 12k-13k pve kills on my Titan
-4k or so kills for pvp on my Titan
-2k kills for auto rifles
-the struggle of this :/ , about 9k pulse rifle kills( started using pulse rifles a little more in pvp)
-about 70 or so hydras out of 250
- clash 64/100 ( I've been playing more, never have a good team >.> )
-salvage like 17-18/100 ( hate this mode so much really)
-I need qoldron the gate lord. waiting for bungie to put him in POE
-I need first light (again waiting for bungie for combined arms)
-I need bastion (again bungie, combined arms)
- vip kills 42/250
-public events 89/250
I'm on xbox one. I was just wondering would it be worth getting and grimoire? I'll happily grind out as much as I can before TTK comes out. any one else need any of these? maybe we can grind them out together if you're grimoire hunting.

Worth it? Well, no, its not worth anything, it doesnt improve the game or drops or whatever. Its purely there for completionists (like myself) and is comparable to trophies/achievements. It can be fun to collect, but if you do not find enjoyment in said collecting, then its pretty useless imo.

What are you taking about? According to everyone on the forums, all you need is to collect dead ghost for max grimoire. Oh you don't? Huh.

I have everything but some of the ghosts. And fusion rifle kills/sidearm kills. I worry about ghost if I happen to spot them. Not worth actually hunting for me

Never mind Bungie was actually smart not to waste players times with an absolutely Absurd achievement/trophy..... So yeah... It's not worth it.... All everyone will do is make fun of you, call you a no life and other "cruel" things for that kind of feat in the game.... By all means get the max score if you wish, but from a launch day player who loves Destiny, it isn't worth it, no Achievement/Trophy.... So what's the point? Nothing to brag about or anything...

1 ReplyMax grimoire guardian here. I say go for it, if you have time. Bit of advice, once it starts feeling like a chore, stop, take a break and play something you like. Trust me, getting VIP kills and public events were boring. Just take it slow, Good luck.

5 RepliesPersonally for myself, it's just a completion kind of thing. I like collecting stuff, that's why I started out for max grimoire. The shader an ship tracking is what I'm looking forward to now! Gotta catch em all!!!

Nope Grimore just means you enjoy being better than others at a repetitive game or really LOVE grinding.

Well, if they don't judge you by grim, its gonna be medal score. Personally, i dont think either matters....its just a game.

6 RepliesAlso, you have 3485. Definitely stop wasting your time. Worthless endeavor when you can get through by screwing around. If you were in the mid to low 2000s, I could at least understand it, but you're up here in the high score range with the minority. Chill out. It definitely isn't worth the extra effort.

6 RepliesJust let it happen naturally. If you waste your time grinding for all that when you can get it all by playing casually, you're crazy. Just play the game, dude. -blam!- grimoire. Only good for lore, and the majority of that is from dead ghosts and story missions cards.

It's not worth it as much as it used to be since your grim score won't be as showcased as it used to be.
