Another reset and less people online for it
This trend is getting ridiculous, every time you make a announcement more leave the game. I don't understand how bungie doesn't see this or maybe they just don't care?
It's a shame, I use to have 20-40 friends on for reset and now I am lucky to have 2-3.
My friends are leaving and even if I don't want to leave bungie is making hard for me to stay.
Wake up bungie!

1 ReplyMy last friend stopped playing destiny last week, before he left he said: "this game is dead". That's the day 1 player, who along with about 20 other friends of mine, who stuck with this game did everything there is to do. I know bungee doesn't care but there is literary no one left to play the game with for me. So I canceled my preorder and bought MGS FP instead. Cost me the same as TTK DLC preorder.

4 RepliesHave you ever thought maybe they don't get on because there's nothing to do? HoW was easier to get through then the lvl 20 cap. PoE is a P.O.S and majorly pointless to run. Trails was boring after the third week. The PvP meta has been the exact same since February. The fun playlists never pop up, and Iron banner isn't worth a thing anymore. Xur has nothing new to sell. Which by proxy means there's no reason to run the nightfall. Everyone has done the two raids about a billion times now. There is literally nothing to do until TTK.

Take a hint and leave to. Go play with your friends again in another game. The best part about destiny was playing with your friends. The good news about that is you can do this with almost any game. So get back out there and game something else. You won't regret it

I had the same problem...and now with TTK around the corner my friends list is filling back up with Destiny players. Ebb and flow of content.

You're lucky you still have any that still play destiny. Out of my 130 friends none of them play destiny anymore.

5 RepliesTry going into matchmaking for a weekly heroic. Same thing. Keep getting paired up with people two levels below, if I'm paired at all. There are just so many new players Bunghole can hope to convert every year when they keep fooking their player base and they leave. There is no infinite pool to pull from. Very short sighted on Bunghole's part.

3 RepliesBungie has been lucky that so many people bought the hype and got Destiny. So I think it will be a while before they are worried. But they have to be seeing a big decline in players. Because of the cooperative requirements of Destiny activities , when your friends leave, you may not be able to play anymore also. And with no matchmaking or ways to find people in game, a lot of people are giving it up for good.

Originally played on the ps4 quite before hm crota because my whole lan quit on the same reset just about. They were tired of it and so was I quit til some friends asked me to play on x1 now all of them are gone. I like this game I like this lore, I love my gear, but I hate bungie. Every time I get something cool it gets nerfed, half my guns were nerfed before I got them. I'm over it and if ttk doesn't bring my friends back I'm out, I won't be the guy on here 4 hours a day trying to scrape a fire team out of this shit bucket.

1 ReplyYuuup. Most of my friends have moved on. As soon as info about ttk came out, that's when they started to quit. Ttk isn't much. A handful of new missions, but a crap load of new gear. We could see that instead of adding more content, bunji wants to just take your gear away in hopes that players wont mind playing the same missions over and over. When you think about it....that's all that's really happening. Y1 gear is gone....now we have more reasons to keep kicking Phogoths ass.....except.....we're tired of kicking Phogoths ass.... Giving us new gear simply Isn't enough to keep ppl playing. I confirm 2 ppl on my friends list who are getting ttk. (Out of at least 30 destiny players) Elder scrolls online, fallout 4, Halo 5....there are just better games coming. Games that don't have a rep for pissing their players off with silly "updates"

Never seen that happen before. I don't play much myself anymore. I played IB just to get the last 2 pieces of IB gear I needed to have a full set for all 3 characters and all weapons. I played last night really for no reason at all other than to do probably one of the final if not final NF and Coin Runs as we currently know them. I already have every Exotic, every piece of Raid gear minus 2 pairs of Atheon boots and the VoC and all IB stuff. I want to get into TTK but the Y1 legendary thing stings pretty bad and no, sorry, this is not an MMO in the way people are trying to say it is and it does not have to work like this. My gear, my choice, play how you want if you want only gear with crap perks like "Mag gets filled every time you flush the toilet", I'd rather have my VoG gear thanks. And no, VoG gear is not over the top OP and certainly not game breaking. That's funny.

Bungie wasted everybody's time and never gave us a story. Then on top of that, there are no good weapons anymore. Everything has been nerfed into oblivion. Everything worth grinding for is eventually sold for AFKing 2 strikes. The rewards suck. Bungie studies and analyzes what the best course of action is for Destiny, then does the complete opposite. They couldn't even leave Nightfall alone, they had to eliminate it and destroy it.
