Hi Gaudiest, Simply inviting a friend or player at the Tower to your game is all it takes to form a fire team. If you're interested in starting a raid. I would recommend checking out the Recruitment section of the forum. There are tons of players looking to form a raid team. There's even a raid specific sub section.
