You probably need to clean it, I honestly prefer digital games, check Google for possible solutions, it's better to make sure how to fix that kind of issues instead of dealing with a replacement On Playstation, it would randomly eject the disc as well lol I had to restart in safe mode, also renew licenses and something else which I can't remember, I'm sure Xbox has options like those Also, switch to power saving mode, turn off the Xbox, unplug the power cable, wait some seconds and try again, that seems to fix all issues
