So... was I the only one who preferred Trials when it was on random maps for that one week? I liked being able to go into a match and pick my loadout on the way there, choosing what would suit each map best (I don't like to abuse Thorn, so I actually changed some stuff.) And spend the first two or three rounds working out each of the pathways around and where the enemies would play. The other 3 times I've attempted Trials, 2 were Burning Shrine, where I've been stuck inside and completely unable to see anyone outside at all and the other was Widows Court, which was just a terrible map with the current weapon balancing (Final Round Snipers and infinite range hand cannons EVERYWHERE). I mean, sure, you can run Thorn/Hawkmoon/TLW and Felwinters/Matador/Party Crasher on pretty much every map and win, but random maps certainly made the matches more varied, and much more fun to play, at least to me. Having been another week of Trials, after the randomized maps, which did you prefer?
