So he's just a mouthpiece for bungie like Goodell is for the NFL can't be mad at him its the owner's of the company making decisions not him just like Goodell.

It's his job to coordinate things with the owners and the NFL players association. He really isn't anything like DeeJ. He isn't an employee of the owners, he's a employee of the NFL organization.
