You can shoot someone point blank with a shotgun and it doesn't register until the enermy shoots you and you both die, AFTER you shot first

there is a giant breach in the wall of the city RIGHT next to the tower. don't believe me? go to the fence behind the queens wrath event spawn area, look to the left along the wall until you see the huge breach.
