Why does no one use this emblem

Have a few friends who have them and only put them on when doing an LFG raid.. Guess they just want to be special snowflakes I always call them on it lol.. To which they reply that I'm salty I don't have one. Doesn't matter to me as my grimoire allows me to lead raids.. People don't listen to a banner holder but they will listen to someone with 250+ completed raids lol #trumpedthebanner
