Petition for Weapon Balancing
Title pretty much explains it.
If the Crucible consists of 2-3 same load outs on more than 50% of the players, the weapons need a nerf.
DattoDoesDestiny recently posted a video on it as well.

Hopefully they make the Vex and Suros a worthy competitor against Thorn. They need to buff certain guns, not nerf them.
