It's true that both the Vex and the gun in question were nerfed at the same time, but the other gun was running rampant in Crucible while very few people actually had the Vex. Edit Dos: Lots of people saying Shingen, trying to get me on s technicality! I am talking about the Live version of Destiny. As in, September 9th version :) Extra credit to anyone who mentioned Uni Remote! While not as rampantly OP as the correct answer, it was nerfed very early on. Just so few people had it when the game first came out. Still something only a vigilant day oner world know about :)
