[BUNGIE] Focused Light consumable from the Red Bull Quest is now available [UPDATED 8/24/2015]
[b][UPDATE]: Please Note: We were aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed between 8/11/2015 - 8/18/2015. No codes redeemed during this this time were lost All Focused Light redeemed while this issue was being investigated were sent to the Postmaster on 8/18/2015.[/b]
Hey everyone,
The Focused Light consumable is now available to be sent to your Postmaster!
If you have previously redeemed a Red Bull Quest code, you will need to manually activate your Focused Light from the [url=http://www.bungie.net/redeemedcodes]Redeemed Codes page[/url].
Please note: You should not have to manually activate your Focused Light consumables on bungie.net after 7/1/2015. Focused Light should be automatically added to your account, once you have successfully activated your new Red Bull Quest code. If the Focused Light does not appear at the Postmaster, please log out of Destiny and log back in.
Additionally, no more than 100 codes can redeemed on a single Bungie.net account.
During the redemption process, if you receive an error with either of the provided codes, please contact Red Bull customer support:

Just entered a code and my focused light is not in my postmaster.

Entered 10 codes last Friday and have yet to receive anything.... nothing on Bungie.net and nothing at the postmaster. I entered the codes on the redbull site like it said... am I supposed to do anything else to redeem these?

I am receiving 0.0 of my focused lights. I think the earliest I turned in a code and successfully paired it with my account was a month ago without getting a focused light.

1 ReplyCan we get an update on this issue? Its been over 10 days since i entered my codes and still nothing has shown up at the postmaster even though it shows that in my redeemed codes they should be there.

I've put in 6 codes in the last week and have yet to receive anything from the postmaster. My Bungie account shows that they have been redeemed and are available at the postmaster. Love how there is no way to contact anyone about the issue

Last week I was having the same problem but then all my red bull stuff showed up Tuesday. You may have to wait until the Tuesday reset to get your stuff. That worked for me UPDATE: I also got a PS4 (used to play on PS3) at the time. So maybe it wasn't the reset that did it. Maybe everything was just going to the wrong console?

got 3 bungie codes from red bull because my red bull codes were not working. used them onlne and on bungies website it said my focused light should be at postmaster. there waas nothign there. been waiting ages. i've used so many codes and spent so much money on these damn things to level up my alts. this is ridiculous. feels like a scam

6 RepliesI put 2 codes in yesterday and still nothing. I dont even drink red bull and only got them for the promotion. Guess I wont trust anything from red bull nor anything extra from bungie in reference to promotions.

Paid for several codes, but only put two in because they weren't working! Both were focused light, but neither showed up at the postmaster. And only one code shows up as reedemed, but won't even let me retype the other one I used! Fix this!

I have redeemed some Focused Light and my account redemption screen reads that it should be available at the post master, but nothing has shown up. No quest has become available for me as well.

So I emailed red bull they said at first that it was something to do with destiny's servers and to wait a few hours. I did that and nothing...then I emailed them back again and was told 48 hours. I did this once on my PSN account and got them right away, but I put these on my Xbox live account and nothing....

Glad to see that I'm not the only one with this code problem. I've put in about 7-10 codes and I've gotten zip, nada, zilch in my postmaster. I paid money for those codes and I honestly don't buy redbull at all. I only bought them for the codes. Really bungie, you need to look into this and not just stay silent and make us hope that you people are doing something about this. This happened before and it's happening again? That's disgraceful.

Contacted Red bull and then sent me 2 codes to enter at bungie.net. I entered them and it says they are waiting at postmaster but again, i have received nothing.
