Joining sessions in progress...
It would be nice to see an option to opt out of join in progress.

I hate joining games in progress for Iron Banner because usually the team that is losing really BAD is the one I always get put on due to the fact there are usually always less then 6 players/frequently quitting. What's annoying about this especially is for the Iron wrath bountiy, when I get put on awful teams like this I often lose my progress towards my iron wrath bounty.
