What's up with the connection the last couple days?
I normally don't lag or anything, don't get dced either, opened all the ports, set up the router for open nat.
The last couple days though it's been really bad. I assumed it was just on my end and not the servers or anything but the last control game I tried to play was terrible. I noticed in between spawns that everyone else in the game except like one person was terrible too. Yellow - red, more often red. It got really bad mid game too, I would ult (hunter) and would hit melee.. hit someone who didn't die and then poof.. they'd vanish..
Anyone else having latency issues?

Melee a person with half health and they 'teleport' to another side of me and I die only to receive a postmortem 5 sec. later, but their reactions post death resemble my own when in the red i.e. overkill to in sure they died ex; shotgun then melee then melee . So we have a decent sized band in our company imo, but I think it's a side effect of Bungie attempting to help those in the red all of the time. But I've been noticing the host switching back and forth like 'everyone gets a chance to be god' anyway my two cents.

I've had consistently bad ping for roughly a week now, some matches are better than others but I'd say 80% of the time the game is almost unplayable. Weird thing is the game shows everyone has poor connection which leads me to believe that everyone is just gotten used to it or I'm being fooled somehow. Has there been an official response to the bad latency?

Been terrible for me as well. All my PVP buddies are experiencing it as well

Lately (2wks) I have had more cases then I should of latency in pvp. So its not just me and my internet speed is beast compared to most.. See pic above.

2 RepliesSame thing with me. I have been playing Bungie's games since Halo 2, and I have played my games that have had bad severs. With all the games I have played I have never seen such bad servers. Bungie you have made Halo 1- reach and yet you can't even fix your servers! You have been in this business for such a long time and yet you can't fix internet issues? I love how they have enough time to ban people who do a glitch in Trials, but they have to shut down the game for 6 hours to fix something that should have been done in the beta or alpa! I am really getting sick of Bungie's lack of prioritizing.
