Toggle Assist/Level Setting on Assist

When I am posted up in PvP with rockets ready to fire around a corner, watching the gaydar, I prepare to fire- Aim assist kicks in, guides my rocket in the wall.... I don't care if weapons have a built in Aim assist "Pull". If I am missing my targets because of a stupid "Pull". It's gotta go-
