An idea for a PvP mode.
Doesn't matter what type of match it is, but no exotics are allowed.
No exotic weapons. No exotic armors.
I'd be interested to see what IB and ToO look like this way.

Why not have it where you spawn with class set ups. When I mean about this is to make it where you spawn with a in game class like sniper, assault, heavy, scout. You know, like how they did in halo reach.

ROCKET FIGHTS. Possibly disable tracking and/or cluster bomb perks to level the playing field for most of the launchers, but C'MON.

Been asking for this for a while. There would be actual competition in crucible, not just steamrolling.

How about an Oddball type game mode where one team has to hold onto a Relic for 2 minutes. Can be scaled for FFA, 3v3 and 6v6 game modes. Can't believe Bungie hasn't implemented something like this already. Just goes to show how amazingly clueless they are.

1 ReplyI'd love to see a barebones mode with no supers, no radar, no exotics and no heavy with limited special ammo to curb shotty blink and sniping. The idea being to get an experience as close to Slayer Pro without being Halo completely. I also think that in general gear-swapping should be disabled either at the beginning of a match or on-spawn. If you want to be that guy who runs Gjallarhorn in PvP like a dick you should have to commit - i.e you give up having an exotic primary which tends to be better.

4 RepliesWhy would that make any difference whatsoever? Then people would use the best legendary weapons and armor, and its a equal playing field again.. The dumb-asses that refuse to use the good weapons would start to cry on the forums.. Some people seem to think that the only reason "newbs" kill them in crucible is because they use thorn or TLW.. LoL:)

ToO should be no radar ill tell you that right now and if they add a standard gmode with no radar ill only play that so long as its 3v3 or 2v2
