Bungie first announced Destiny as a cooperative mmo that was suppose to be pve focused with some pvp game modes and what not. Now with the new Trials of Osiris the game seems to be very focused around that. Yes you can get rewards from doing prison for elders but the rewards from trials outweigh those you can recieve from prison of elders. The prison of elders is a real challenge in some areas but in the end you don't get all the etheric light you get from trials or quite as good of gear. The game seems to pvp forces in my opinion and need a to be rebalanced soon with that new raid they were talking about. The true pve players in mmorpgs are supposed to be the ones rewarded, not the crap CoD players that win cuz of crappy connection. What's your opinion?
