If I dismantle something that I have previously placed etheric light on, I should receive that etheric light back. You get ascendent/radiant crap when I dismantle raid/vanguard crap. I get an exotic shard if I dismantle an exotic even if I didn't put a shard in it to begin with. But it sucks when you have two pieces of gear and put your light in the wrong one. I should be able to dismantle that gear for the shard back. It's not unreasonable because I have to dismantle the thing I had put the shard into in the first place, so it's not like I can just go moving my light around flippantly.
