Error code cacao

I bought destiny since 3 weeks , until now I can not playing the game every time when I want play its give me error code cacao. My connection is perfect THE SPEED is up to 30 MB NAT TYPE 2 But I don't know what's wrong , so any body can help me 😢

For additional support I'd request that you link your Xbox Live/Playstation Network account to your Bungie.net account so I can look deeper into what's going on.
