[b]Epilogue[/b] After my encounter with the strange being, the Vanguard had talked to Crimson and Jade. We were to kill the House of Winters Kell, they found his Ketch in low orbit on Venus. Venus, where I was found my my ghost. "Hey Noble, we got a big bounty for a Kell, you in?" Crimson said holding up the bounty paper. I nodded and we walked over to the hangar. Before we left, Jade and I went down to a restaurant in the city to talk. I had felt a way with her and wanted to get to know her a bit. She began playing with the small metal sphere, "What's that?" I ask leaning in on her object. She looks at me and holds it out, "Its a Vex eye." She said with the small eye in her palm. "Why do you have a vex eye?" I said chuckling. She looked down at it and sighed, "Because this Vex eye was part of a necklace, my best friend used to wear." she said clutching it in her hand. I put my hand on her shoulder, "I'm sure he's with the rest of the guardians who died to protect this city, what was his name?" I asked trying to make her feel better. "Kabar." she said looking up at me. I've heard of Kabar, he tried to conquer the Vault of Glass and failed. We ate and left back for the tower to begin our assault on the Kell. *** We were nearing into the kells ketch, it was just outside on a cliff and was heavily protected by fallen. I sniped out the two snipers on the platform to get inside of the ketch while Crimson and Jade charged into the platform. I ran down and joined them killing countless fallen in the process. "Do you know where the kell is?" I said running through the halls killing dregs. "Just follow me he's down through these doors." He said as we ran through countless hallways of the ketch. We were inches from his throne room and opened up the door to the kell. He sat there on his throne and picked up his shrapnel launcher. Crimson used his wards and covered us in a light shield. We killed all his minions that poured out from the doors and halls. Shanks flooded the room and the kell laughed and watched as Crimsons wards faded. The kell ran up to us and hit crimson across a wall. Jade kicked the Kell back and ran trying to distract him. I ran to Crimson and sat him on the wall, "are you alright?" I asked shooting shanks with my handcannon. Crimson nodded and stood up from the floor. We continued on and saw Jade trying to stay alive with the kell. Jade had signaled us to kill it from behind and so we did crimson tossed a magnetic granade at him and I through a knife at his head for reassurance. The kell fell to the floor and ether spilled from his wound. The kell was dead and we were victorious. Jade stepped on him in triumph when I saw something strange. The crackle of the invisibility fallen use. "JADE BEHIND YOU!" I yell running to her to kill the intruder. She turned and was stabbed with two blades through the chest. Her ghost escaped from her body but was quickly swiped at by the arc blade. Her ghost was cut in half and she was slowly dying. I ran to her and removed her helmet, "Jade, come on you have to stay awake" I said shaking her, "is there anything you can do?!?" I asked my ghost frantically trying to keep her awake. She put her hand on my helmet and removed it. "Its ok, I wish to be with Kabar," she said putting her hand on my face. She held out her hand and opened it. It was the Vex eye. "Take it, I want you to have it." She said holding it to me. I took it and held it close. Her lifeless body fell limp in my arms and I sat there. Crimson put his hand on my shoulder and told me we needed to go. I picked her body up and carried it to our ships and we left to the tower. *** The Vanguard gave us our pay and apologized for the death of our friend. I sat down in the same place she would always sit playing with the Vex eye she kept dear. I looked at it. I could remember the tales of Kabar and how Vex control time. If what they say about Kabar is true, his light is there, to protect anyone and to try and conquer the Vault. I clenched the eye and put it in my pocket. The Vault of Glass. Jade must have contemplated going in to find Kabar. I thought for a moment, about what she said. Then I knew. I will go into the Vault of Glass and I will kill everything in that damned place.
