So I think we can all agree that thorn and last word have pretty much ruined any diversity to crucible. So here's my thought. Why not make the handcannons like actual revolvers? All Bungie needs to do is add damage drop off at range to handcannons. Just like the shotguns have, so that the damage will drop off to zero at some point. And set the range somewhere between a shotgun and fusion rifle. This way there is no nerf to the weapons, and they would be performing where you would expect a handgun to perform. This would also solve the ever so popular sitting in the back of the map with thorn and waiting for the team to run at you
