Elder Cipher?
Is it exclusive for the first completions of 34/35 PoE? Or is there a chance it can drop on a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. completion?

Hey Bong, I've heard mixed reports. Some are claiming it's only the first run and others are claiming that they've received it after multiple runs. I'm not sure anyone knows for certain just yet.
