Lag Switching in Trials of Osiris
I thought Bungie based this off of connection, just played a clan where guys connection bounced from red to green the whole match, thats bs. There needs to be a player reporting for destiny so those bs players get banned.

They could add a spectate option to the trials of osiris where people not playing can watch other people play on a three minute time delay. This would have two obvious effects and one more subtle. the obvious being there are plenty of people that enjoy watching hardcore pvp, the trials genuinely has it's own potential for being destiny's flagship sport, Like summoner's rift in League of legends. The other obvious being that people could use this to get an idea for what strategies do and don't work on certain maps and why they don't so they can prepare accordingly. The subtle benefit here would be people that are not playing could report a match where obvious lag switching is happening. If a match gets flagged too many time a ref from bungie will review it and decide whether or not it's a ban-worthy offense. I mean, it seems pretty simple, right?

I have to agree here. There are too many lag switchers to make ToO and IB anywhere enjoyable.

I've reported every single lag switcher I've come across, but it's out of control between IB (worst I've seen it) and ToO! I played IB/ToO for a good 5hrs today and only counted 5 matches that didn't have someone with their connection bouncing all over the place and dying a good 3 seconds after they're supposed to be. SMH

2 RepliesThe smart lag switchers turn it off while matchmaking so they can matched against players with good connections, then start lag switching as soon as the match starts. Saw this happen on ProfessorBroman's stream today and it was blatantly obvious. Their opponents had green bar connections while they were loading into the map and as soon as bullets started flying they went red bar and started teleporting everywhere. One guy took four headshots to the head from a hand cannon then seemingly killed Broman with his back turned to him. As soon as the match was over they were back to green bars. Just report if when you see it. Report AFK players in strikes too.
