I played Destiny when it first came out on PS4 (I have an XB1 now) and at the time, you only needed to buy a class item from a faction vendor, gain rep while wearing it and farm materials to trade in and that was how you leveled up your rank with vendors. Now we keep materials for exotic gear and I can't seem to figure out how to gain faction rep. I have a level 25 Titan and all the vendors say I have to have rank level 1 before I can buy the item that is what you used to need in order to REACH level one. So I am very confused. I've been playing for a week and a lot has changed (for the better!) but this issue has me stumped. What do I do?
