He's in the Reef. Once you spawn in the Reef head to your right and there will be a previously locked door now Open. Bump/Like so our fellow brothers and sisters can find him.

4 RepliesAnyone know the difference between "Melee hits replenish Grenade energy" and "Causing damage with a melee reduces your grenade cooldown". Is it pretty much the same thing just worded differently? Is one better than the other? Fill me in on this sort of thing because I want to say its the same thing but I'm not too sure honestly, its been awhile since I've played.

I saw him i went in the room a ton of players followed me when i found him lol Xur is rich today i bought so much engrams and exotic shards got my warlock to 34 and my titan and hunter to 33 it's like Christmas today !

Bad stock this weekend, but definitely invest in Helm engrams. I was able to get the new titan helm, Celestial Nighthawk, and The Ram in less than 10 engrams.
