Queensbreaker Capitan???
During a patrol on Earth while I was running between the Steepes and the Divide in the building with all the dregs, shanks and vandal there appeared a random Captian called a Queensbreaker Capitan. Has anyone else experienced this and do we know if he is of any importance or is he just another random character. This question is in regards to PS4 Platform as I do not have Xbox. :)

There is a wanted servitor at the valley for the first moon mission. When you head through the abandoned moon base and down to hive area instead of heading toward the dead guardian turn right and go up the cliffs. High Servitor it is called.
