Faction Rep Rewards

So I've leveled my rep with vanguard and FWC a couple of times since Wolves dropped but haven't gotten any new weapons or armour from it only coins and motes of light. Does anyone know if Faction levels no longer give you weapons or armour any more? or was I just unlucky?
