Anyone else not get a treasure key from PoE?
I though treasure keys were gaurenteed. Is this just a glitch/ something to do with lag or have Bungie changed something?

So it's my first run of lvl 32 PoE and we've just completed it. Two of us already have treasure keys from farming an finishing the story. The third guy had none after he spent it on the lvl 28 chest. Then none of us get treasure keys and the guy gets really angry. And I don't blame him. He's gone through an endgame activity and all he gets from chests are strange coins and motes of light. Whether its a glitch or a change from the devs, I'm angry at Bungie.

Edit 1: The reason why he's angry is because on YouTube vids by guys who went to Bungie HQ they said that they were guaranteed.
Edit 2: It seems there is a random chance to get them from the side chests. I'll tell him that.

The keys come from the small either chests on each side of the big one. Just like key farming it is random. No guarantee on a key. And I think that when HoW dropped the key rate dropped to. I have hit probably 40 + chests since Tuesday no keys. I have 1 left I'm saving it for a 32 PoE run.
