Error when guardians try to follow

Hi Just realized I have no follows on my profile so I asked my fellow clan members and they've told me they get an error when they try. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks Gen

What error are they getting? I've followed you without an issue. I used both the app and the Web site without issue.
