Tackling the Reset
I was wondering can you get double loot from tackling Normal then Hard raid? I've tried Hard then Normal but all I got was the completion?!

You get loot from raids once per difficulty. If you do Hard before normal you get the loot for both difficulties. You won't get extra loot for doing normal first.
