How To get rid of a plasma drive
Bought one of my those drives from Xur that upgrades a rare sparrow into a legendary and realize I don't have any rare sparrows. Would like to dismantle it but no option and I don't want to waste my marks to buy a rare sparrow.

It is possible to get rare sparrows as drops in either reputation packages or in chests, although not very likely for ether of those. You could stick the drive in your vault and just wait until you luck into one.
