Legendary Sniper with explosive rounds
Is there a chance of explosive rounds being one of the perks that a legendary sniper receives in its perk roll? I've noticed it on quite a few rare sniper rifles, but I have yet to see it on a legendary sniper rifle.

1 ReplyUnfortunately, legendary Sniper Rifles have no chance to roll the Explosive Rounds perk. Only rare Sniper Rifles are capable of rolling this perk.
