Unable to turn in bounty
I got a strange bounty called "Vanguard Mentor Missive." It says I need to turn it to Xander 99-40, but when I interact with him he does not give me the option to turn in the bounty. It shows the green bounty completion over his head, but does not show up on the tower map when I am in orbit. What is the deal here?

A bounty mentor missive gives you the option to claim a bounty, but not just any bounty. These bounties are a series of steps to achieve in the end, a reward which, depending on your opinion, may or may not be good exotic weapons! If you cannot claim the bounty i dont know what to tell you but here is a link to the exotic bounties you can do and all of there steps because i am too lazy to list them. P.S.
