At this point I think many of us have our preferred faction to rank up. The various weapons that each faction have that are modified by the faction members got me thinking... I think it would pretty cool if there was one (or more) weapon that had an upgrade path similar to the nechrochasm, but once you fully upgraded the legendary version of the weapon, you could choose to do an exotic bounty style progression for that weapon with one of the factions. The resulting properties/stats/perks of the exotic weapon obtained at the end would be faction specific. Hot damn I would scream if I could get a badass Dead Orbit exotic. That could also help prevent the base (non-upgraded) from becoming completely undesirable after you get one since you have multiple options of what to do with it. What do you guys think? Any thoughts on how something like that might work better?
