A: Any bugs or glitches regarding destiny and bungie.net as well as the mobile app as well as questions of course! ( As long as those questions are about destiny, b.net or the mobile app.) Remember that no question here is stupid. This section is here for your benefit so ask away!
[b]Q: Alright, so what doesn't belong in help?[/b]
A: Any post that isn't relating to bugs/glitches within destiny or b.net or the app or any questions about them. Things like LFG ( looking for group ) posts and clan recruitment posts don't belong in this section. [b]Q: I post here but I'm not getting a response.[/b]
A: Well there are a few things that may be contributing to your lack of service.
1. [u]Make a clear title.[/u]
Try to treat the help here as a two way street. Help them, help you, so to speak. Try to include something like "Constant [i]blank[/i] code error." Or "Having trouble signing into [i]blank.[/i]" Simply typing "Help!!11!" Doesn't help anyone.
2. [u]Clear cut description.[/u]
Just like number 1, being descriptive can go a long way. Introduce yourself and try including things like:
-Platform
-error/problem/glitch that's occurring
-how long this problem has been occurring
Simple things can make a difference and it helps out the mentors/employees that are here to help ease your stress.
3. [u]Be calm, respectful and kind.[/u]
I know the constant error codes can be aggravating but just try to keep a leveled head. Whoever is on the other end wants to end your frustration just as much as you do. Cut them some slack and have some patience.
[b]Q: Does bungie replace items that unexpectedly disappear?

[b]Q: I recently bought the expansions and I was supposed to get a sparrow, where is it?[/b]
A: Unfortunately, the Ev-30 tumblr sparrow was a limited time offer. You must've bought the expansion before January 15th, and you must've logged into destiny between November 18th to January 15th. [b]Q: I'm receiving a looping install on PS4 and I can't play destiny, what do I do?[/b]
A: This a common error, luckily the remedy for this error is quite simple. If you recently installed something call "Destiny shareplay theme," then delete it right away! That should resolve your issue. Link [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12601]here![/url]
[b]Q: My black hammer is fully upgraded and it doesn't show it, what's wrong?[/b]
A: Bungie has disabled the "hive disrupter" perk as it messes with the "white nail" perk on the black hammer. Because of this, the yellow outline no longer appears when fully upgraded. Don't worry though, your weapon is fully upgraded!
[b]Q: Why is my 4th horseman showing up as "classified" or failing to appear in the app?[/b]
A: There is no answer or solution to this issue as of yet but please note that bungie is actively tracking this issue. Refer to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/104799153/0/0]this post for further information.[/url]
If you don't get a response from an employee or mentor, it's not the end of the world. There are millions of you and only a handful of them. Fortunately, there are plenty of members, just like me, who help around where we can.
